Now more than ever you need TO BE IN THE LOOP. We are seeing so many short sales and foreclosures because people purchased simply to get into the game. Be sure to use a professional Realtor - someone who is in the market place everyday.........there are no guarantees, but it will give you an important edge. Ask them how their investors did.......if they did poorly keep looking. NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU DROP YOUR GUARD AND REPEAT THE PAST MISTAKES RESEARCH THE AREA AND THE DEVELOPMENT BE PATIENT AND DELIBERATE.
